I help neurodiverse young adults achieve confidence and independence through personalized life coaching, built on a genuine and trusting relationship.
Let's ConnectSupporting Best Buddies International has been a passion of mine for the last dozen years. I've not only built great friendships but also learned so much about the IDD (intellectual and developmental disabilities) community.
Now, I’m offering my private coaching services to adults aged 22–40 who are looking for a compassionate approach to reaching their goals within 6-month engagements. Read more about my philosophy and approach below, and if you’re interested, let’s set up a phone call to get to know one another.
Through Bennett's services, he gained not only structure and guidance, but a level of confidence we hadn’t seen before. He started to believe in his own abilities, took ownership of his applications, and approached the entire process with a sense of pride. The transformation in how he saw himself was just as meaningful as the college acceptance itself.

Bennett's compassion, care, personality, vision, and love to help have made such a positive influence on Pelly that it has increased his confidence and knowledge of many real-life situations. Bennett is always positive and always looking for the next thing to help grow the progress, even if it is a lot of repeating, as we know sometimes forward steps are not always that fast. We couldn't imagine our son's ability to manage day-to-day affairs would be this much along without the help and dedication of Bennett.

Some of my core beliefs that set my coaching apart
1
Rather than jumping straight into tactics and outcomes, I prioritize real rapport as the foundation of a successful coaching relationship. With every client, we onramp with dedicated quality time to better understand each other and build trust.
2
Every client comes in with a unique background, capabilities, and goals. In the same vein, I draw from a wide toolbox of strategies to design a unique program for every individual, pivoting when necessary and adapting to feedback from parents and clients alike.
3
In the face of adversity, every client brings an incredible wealth of capabilities to the table. I place a lot of emphasis on understanding and appreciating a client’s existing capabilities, in order to empower new possibilities from a place of strength.
My coaching is designed to tackle specific goals and focus areas in at the cadence that works for the client.
1
The first step is a complimentary 30-minute intake call, usually with the client’s guardians, to understand the client’s specific goals and background. The goal of this call is to establish a cadence of services, should you choose to work with me.
2
To build a strong foundation for coaching, we dedicate a few sessions for pure quality time, getting to know one another and establishing a real connection.
3
I draw from a wide toolbox of strategies and techniques to help each client navigate their path toward their goals. During the coaching engagement, I offer check-ins with parents via phone calls or progress reports at the cadence and format that works best for them.
4
At the end of approximately 6 months of coaching, we assess the program and see if we want to continue our engagement.
